INDO BALTIC OCEAN was Founded in 2017 and has been officially appointed by Shoolin Ship Management, its associate Group Tower Maritime , "the world's leading dry bulk operators," and several other reputable shipowners and managers as their trusted providers of Indonesian seafarers. All our clients are first-class European ship owners, managers, and cruise line operators, including boutique river cruise operators.

INDO BALTIC OCEAN fully complies with the MLC 2006, certified ISO 9001:2015, and is approved SRPS by the DGST. In addition,INDO BALTIC OCEAN is a member of the Consortium Indonesian Manning Agency (CIMA), a premium member of the US Embassy Crew Visa Program (CVP), Certified SRPS by the Indonesian Consulate General in Hamburg, and an authorized filling agent of Liberia, Malta, Madeira, Bahamas, Luxemburg, Panama, and Marshal Island flag states.
